He's Fashionista Ryan, from 2012.
Ryan is supposed to be the twin brother of Barbie's friend Raquelle,in the animated "Life in the Dreamhouse" series. (Not to be confused with Midge and Alan's son, Ryan. I wish Mattel would stop reusing names so much!) There are 75 episodes of the original series, and it is set to come back soon. You can watch season one of Life in the Dreamhouse HERE.
This guy is from the days when Mattel bothered to make articulated guys as well as girls.
He's jointed at the neck,shoulders, elbows, wrists,hips, and knees.
The brunette hair makes a nice change from all the blonde Kens.
Although his hair is a little choppy. I think he's had a snippet cut out in the front.
This is his original shirt, but he came in shorts. I've also somehow switched his shoes with somebody else's. His were the same as these, only with white soles.
